The Good Apple Cafe, is a cute little spot in Sunderland City Centre, which serve vegan and vegetarian food and upon hearing this I just had to go have a look!
The overall atmosphere of the cafe was something I actually LOVED! With an intimate and cosy setting, it is a place where you can chill with friends or even get some uni work done.
I recently went with my good friends Yasmina and Libby through Libby’s recommendation, and I’m really glad that I did so.
I ordered a roast veg and hummus wrap, with a glass of coke and sweet potato fries, and a can of coke (of course!)
The service was relatively quick considering how busy it was overall. The wrap was served with a side of salad and crisps which made it more worth the price.
The roast veg in the wrap were soft and delicious and the creamy hummus only made it better. and the salad consisted of fresh lettuce, rocket and cherry tomatoes which complimented the wrap very well.
I then finished off with a brownie which considering it was vegan, tasted amazing! Chocolaty, soft and moreish is how i would have to describe it!
The wrap cost £3.50 and the brownie £1.50 which I think was great considering how much there was for the price.
Overall, very happy with the service and the food and will definitely go back again to try their delicious array of desserts.
Ciao for now
